After exploring design trend research, I came across the "Pond Life" trend, inspired by serene riverbanks, lily pads, and aquatic flora. Building on this theme, I created a series of four spot illustrations designed for ceramic coasters. Nature has always been a major source of inspiration for me, and since watercolor is one of my favorite traditional mediums, this project became the perfect opportunity to combine both passions into a cohesive, hand-painted illustration series.
